On 18–21 October 2021 EXPOCENTRE Fairgrounds will host the 2nd Russian Industry Week. It is a large-scale series of events which brings together significant parts of the Russian economy: mechanical engineering and metalworking, welding production and welding equipment market, non-destructive testing and technical diagnostics, technology and services for advertising production.

Russian Industry Week is part of the Year of Science and Technology in Russia in 2021. International Exhibition for Equipment and Technologies for Materials Processing
Technoforum is a well-regarded event for all market participants who are interested in industrial development and development of new trends in the various sectors of mechanical engineering, machine tool construction, and machining of different materials.
Technoforum is included in the Research-Technology-Innovations Expo project, whose aim is to contribute to solving national priority tasks in research and technology, education, digital economy, industry, transport infrastructure, and energy.

The Technoforum product sectors cover the current trends in metalworking technology showcasing comprehensive systems of high-tech equipment for the main processing industries, machine systems for processing metal, wood, stone, composite and polymer materials, robotics and production automation, additive technologies, welding technologies, and much more.
In 2021, the Additive Manufacturing and 3D Solutions will be a separate section of the show. It will include industrial 3D printers and additive systems, professional and personal 3D printers, 3D scanners, 3D printing services, 3D scanning and geometry control, software for 3D equipment, materials for 3D printing, and components and accessories.
A hybrid four-day conference on 3D Industry will be organised in partnership with WebConf. Each conference day will be focusing on a different topic and audience: AT users, technology, engineering, and science.
The Employment Centre at Technoforum will help young professionals to find jobs, and assist exhibiting companies in finding qualified personnel.
This year Technoforum will also feature a Youth Day aimed at linking the educational, scientific and industrial chain and identifying talented young people, revealing the professional, scientific and creative potential of participants, and drawing attention to the training, support measures and future employment of young professionals.
The traditionally rich conference programme of Russian Industry Week 2021 will open with the Plenary Meeting on Additive Manufacturing: From Import Substitution to Technological Competitiveness, and the Panel Discussion on Additive Technologies: On the Path to Production Transformation. The events are organised by EXPOCENTRE AO with support of the Russian Ministry of Industry and Trade, and operated by the Prioritet Agency of Business Communications.

The Rusweld conference programme will cover the industry’s most relevant issues. The events will be attended by representatives from NAKS – the National Agency of Welding Control, the Russian Society for Non-Destructive Testing and Technical Diagnostics, the Aluminium Association, RAR – the Russian Association of Robotics, and Rusweld exhibitors.
One of the most important topics at Rusweld 2021 will be non-destructive testing of working properties and parameters of welded joints and products to detect defects.
The current trends in the development of non-destructive testing, technical diagnostics and condition monitoring, industry specifics of existing solutions, technologies of automation and digitalisation of NDT will be covered by a number of conference events.
Russian Industry Week 2021 and the 8th edition of the International Forum: NDT Territory. Non-Destructive Testing. Diagnostics will feature the opening of the final stage of the Russian Non-Destructive Testing Competition of the Russian Society for Non-Destructive Testing and Technical Diagnostics – Defectoscopist 2021. The competition is held by NAKS – the National Agency of Welding Control, the Russian Society for Non-Destructive Testing and Technical Diagnostics with support of the Russian Federal Service for Environmental, Technological and Nuclear Supervision (Rostekhnadzor) and the Russian Ministry of Industry and Trade, and with assistance of EXPOCENTRE AO.

This year’s exhibits include all types of visual advertising communications from traditional media to those gaining momentum due to the technological transformation of the digital media industry. The exhibition will also focus on various types of equipment: printing (for digital printing on various types of materials from paper and textiles to glass and wood), equipment for engraving, cutting, marking, embroidery equipment for branding textiles, and materials (various types of paper, plastic, film, materials for creating designer packaging). It is worth noting that printing methods and materials are becoming more and more eco-friendly year by year: UV printing, eco-inks, and special types of self-adhesive coatings.
Foreign exhibitors will be represented by their Russian partners. Even in today's difficult environment, international companies are trying to maintain their presence in the Russian market, because, as one key exhibitor commented, "this is the main show in our industry, if we are not here, our clients will start to worry".
For the first time, Reklama will host a Youth Centre with the Start-up from Scratch teams from the HSE University: nine business teams will present their products in the business souvenir section, testing the market sales channel and trying to get orders in the B2B segment.
Advertising is not just a means of production, but also technologies for building advertising campaigns, case studies and marketing strategies, which are discussed both at the stands of exhibitors offering marketing services and in the conference programme.
